Charter this Custom built 51’ Chesapeake Bay Deadrise and enjoy a Harbor Cruise on the smooth Elizabeth River departing Downtown Norfolk’s Waterside District. Book a 2, 3 or 4 hour trip at $450 per hour. Tour large cargo terminals, historic forts, shipyards, the Battleship Wisconsin, Hampton Roads Harbor and finally the World’s Largest Naval Base. Mariner IV is a clean and comfortable cruiser with ample room for up to 20 guests complete with climate controlled cabin, rest room, open air covered cockpit area with bar and catering space. Sound system on board to play your music and/or Captain’s narration. Captain, crew-member, fuel and ice provided. Bringing your own catering and adult beverages is permitted subject to our approval.

We are an experienced charter company offering Cruises since 1986. Fully Coast Guard inspected and insured.

A security deposit hold (not a charge) will be placed on your credit card 48 hours before your booking starts to cover any incidental damage that may occur during your rental. This hold is released 48 hours after the booking is complete, if no claims are made. The security deposit amount for the boat you are booking will be outlined during the check-out process.
