I bought this boat new in 2021. You will find it very simple and fun to operate. This is a perfect runabout boat for fishing, sightseeing, or running ashore on sandbars. With only a 10" draft, 18" with the prop, you can take the boat just about anywhere. You will find that the length of the boat with shape of the hull slices through waves nicely making it a very smooth ride compared to other boats of similar size. This gives you a smooth run to Haulover Canal.
I opted for the upgraded 90hp Mercury engine that runs quietly in idle speed yet can really move when you leave the no wake zones. It also has an upgraded 19 gallon fuel tank so there is no worry to run out of gas.
It has a bimini top, 2 boat seats with back rests, and a dual aft swim platform with a ladder. It has a split bow rail for ease of jumping off at a sandbar. It has 2 fishing rod holders, a Garmin depth/fish finder, several cup holders, phone charger, and life jackets for all. If you are not fishing, you'll want the bow and cooler cushions for more comfortable seating.
Every time I take the boat out, someone comments on how beautiful this boat is. No drinking. Please respect the manatees and watch your speed. Go have fun!
