What You Can Expect: Customers need to arrive 15 minutes prior to your trip. Documentation, boarding take 10 minutes on average.
Your rental will start and end at the time agreed at the time you pay. If your rental is from 8am to 12pm and you arrive late, your time will start at 8am and will end at 12pm.
