Cleaning: I sanitize and clean the boat each time between rentals to make sure everyone is getting a clean boat every time. There is no additional charge for this, however if the boat does come back excessively dirty or trash is left behind then there will be a cleaning charge of up to $100.

No Captain Option: This boat is not suitable for a group that does not have a responsible driver with moderate prior boating experience. DC waters requires the following: "Anyone operating a vessel on District of Columbia waterways is required to have a Boating Safety Certificate." Please message me with your boating experience, include that in your initial inquiry as well as your boating Safety Certificate.

Captain Option: No Experience, No Problem, or just want to relax and not worry about navigating then Boatsetter can set you up with a Captain for $55 Per hour to take you out on my boat! If a Captain from Boatsetter is not available, then I will do my best to help you get one for your reservation date.
Gratuity: Please Keep in Mind Captains do work on tips, Industry standard is 15%-20% of the BOAT PRICE and tip is not included in your reservation price. If you feel like your Captain did a great job then please show them your appreciation. Tips can be given directly to them at the end of your charter.

Food and Drinks: You are welcome to bring your own food, drinks, and alcoholic beverages. Safety is our priority, excessive drinking and rowdiness will not be tolerated. We want everyone to have a good time responsibly. Don't forget to stay hydrated! BRING WATER. However, please do not bring any red wine or messy food that can stain the carpet and seats. You are responsible for keeping the boat clean and removing all your trash

Boat Traveling Distance: This boat is not permitted to travel South of Fort Washington or North of Georgetown Waterfront (Passed the Scott Key Memorial Bridge)

Pets: Dogs are case by case. Please message me with your dogs weight and breed. Dogs must be recently groomed and nails trimmed. You will be responsible for a cleaning fee up to $50 if dog hair has to be removed from the boat.

- Cancellations within 24 hours of the booking start time are non-refundable.
Security deposit
A security deposit hold (not a charge) will be placed on your credit card 48 hours before your booking starts to cover any incidental damage that may occur during your rental. This hold is released 48 hours after the booking is complete, if no claims are made. The security deposit amount for the boat you are booking will be outlined during the check-out process.
