QUARTER DAY (2 HOURS)= $350

NOT INCLUDED: Captain and fuel $350 due the day of the trip.





HALF DAY (4 hours) = $ 550

NOT INCLUDED : Captain and fuel $ 600 due the day of the trip.

We are a 5 star rated yacht company.



Cruise through Miami River, Biscayne Bay, Key Biscayne, the mansion Islands, or through Downtown Miami and Brickell area. We specialize in tours around Miami Bay for bachelorette and bachelor parties, cocktail cruises,, sunset cruises and all special occasions.



Your luxury yacht comes equipped with boundless amenities including air-conditioning, full bathroom, Bluetooth stereo system with surround sound, flat screen tv, refrigerator, and cooler filled with ice, water, and soft drinks. There is also a huge water mat for some water fun!



Our yacht is customized with incredible underwater lights for some night fun!



Feel free to bring your alcoholic beverages (no red wine). Bringing food and snacks is highly recommended, as you could enjoy your meal at the beautiful wooden table overlooking the ocean. No drugs are allowed. Smoking is allowed in outside area.



We always have a crew of two people for your service and safety.



Crew tip is always at the sole discretion of the charterer but greatly appreciated.



We want to make sure you understand the way our price work , so feel free to ask if you don’t understand it.



Maximum guest allowed onboard at any given time is 10.



Late arrival will not affect the ending time of this trip.



HOLIDAYS AND HOLIDAY WEEKENDS

There is an additional charge for all bookings on Memorial Day (May 31st) July 4th, day, and Labor Day (Sept 6th)





The reason the captain and fuel cannot be included in the price is because LAW does not allow it. According to bareboat charter operations, we have to give you options for captains and once you select the captain, YOU the "CHARTERER" (person who rents the boat) is responsible for paying the captain fee and the fuel separately from the BOATSETTER.



INCLUDED IN PRICE: Water, ice, boat, sound system, water, and floating mat.

You can bring: Food and drinks (Alcoholic beverages accepted, except for red wine) NO HOOKAHS ALLOWED.





WEATHER



Light showers occur almost everyday in most of our destinations and are not a reason to cancel or end a trip early. Thunderstorms can also come and go quickly, but can pose more of a safety issue. The captain has the tools and knowledge to determine whether the storm will quickly pass or if the charter should be terminated.

In any scenario where rain, wind, or storms cause the charter to end early, you will be required to pay for the hours used during the charter.

In most cases we let the rain pass and use it as a free boat rinse. Game on!



REFUND



We do not refund your charter fees due to weather. We can reschedule your charter up to one year from your original departure date. We will issue a voucher that can also be used by your friends or family with your authorization.



We refund 100% (less Boatsetter booking fee) of your money if:



- The trip cancellation request is received by us within at least FOURTEEN days prior to the departure date.



- The national hurricane center has issued a tropical storm or hurricane warning for the Miami area.



- In any other case or situation it will require both parties to agree on a fair term.



For safety reasons the group must follow instructions all times provided by captain and his crew. The captain reserves the right to cancel the trip without refund if the instructions are not followed.
