CANCELLATION POLICY:

A 50% non-refundable deposit (based on the Charter total) is due and payable within ten (10) calendar days of the Charter Agreement by Charterer.

In the event of severe weather conditions (named tropical storm or hurricane), We will first make every effort to reschedule the charter for another day. If the charterer cannot reschedule, an in-house credit for future use will be given.

Note that due to the nature of South Florida weather, rain and overcast clouds do not constitute severe weather.

If the charterer chooses to cancel this charter, every effort will be made to reschedule the charter for a more convenient date pending availability. However, in this event, if the charterer does reschedule, additional expenses may be incurred by the charterer for food previously purchased for the original charter as well as delivery and/or fuel expenses if the vessel has already been moved for boarding before the cancellation. If the charterer cannot reschedule the charter, the Charterer will forfeit all payments paid (the entire charter amount) and no refunds will be made.

If we must cancel the charter due to reasons beyond the control of Management, it is agreed that every effort will be made to reschedule the charter.

If there is nothing that can be done we will refund. Pending management decisions.
