Pickup:
The boat is available for renter pickup at a specified location provided after the reservation is confirmed.
Renters choosing to pick up the boat must have an appropriate tow vehicle and prior experience towing and launching a bass boat.
Fuel Policy:
The boat will be provided with a full tank of fuel and must be returned with a full tank. Fuel is not included in the rental price. If the boat is not returned full, the renter will be charged for the replacement fuel and any applicable fees through Boatsetter.
Rental Requirements and Rules:
• The renter and boat operator must be at least 25 years old.
• Prior bass-boat operating experience is required.
• The boat is limited to two people.
• No beaching the boat.
• No towing other boats, vessels, tubes, or recreational equipment.
• The boat must remain on the approved lake selected for the reservation.
• Renters must comply with all boating, fishing, and lake regulations.
• A pre-rental orientation and condition inspection will be completed before departure.
Tournament Use:
Tournament fishing is permitted only with the owner’s prior approval and requires an additional fee. Tournament use must be disclosed before the reservation is accepted, and all additional charges must be arranged through Boatsetter.
This is a specialized, high-performance fishing boat—not a general recreational or watersports boat. It is best suited for experienced bass anglers who will operate it responsibly and treat it with care.
This rental does not include fishing-guide services. Jamie will explain the boat’s operation and equipment before departure, but renters are responsible for operating the boat and planning their own fishing day.

- 50% refund for cancellations between 3-5 days before the booking start time.
- Cancellations within 2 days of the booking start time are non-refundable.
Security deposit
A security deposit hold (not a charge) will be placed on your credit card 48 hours before your booking starts to cover any incidental damage that may occur during your rental. This hold is released 48 hours after the booking is complete, if no claims are made. The security deposit amount for the boat you are booking will be outlined during the check-out process.

If requested, the owner can provide a list of available captains for bareboat charter or the renter can use their own qualified captain. If the boat is being time chartered, the owner will provide the Captain.
