Does a 1-year-old count as a passenger?
- According to the USCG, every person regardless of age counted as a passenger on the boat, therefore any child will be counted as a person.
Life jackets for everyone?
- Yes, will provide you with all the safety equipment you need to comply with all safety regulations; Please inquiry us before for life jackets for small children
Are pets allowed?
- We do love pets but unfortunately we cannot take pets that are not Service pets, they have to have a certificate
Do I need a boating license?
- According to the FWC you will only need a Boater’s license if you were born after 1/1/1988, you can get one online, either permanent or temporary. Of course, the knowledge of driving the boat even if you were born before 1/1/1988 is an absolute must.
Gas included? -
Yes, we will give you the boat full of gas or at least enough to complete your rental and have extra gas just in case. Any additional gas can be purchased at your personal expense.

- Cancellations within 24 hours of the booking start time are non-refundable.
Security deposit
A security deposit hold (not a charge) will be placed on your credit card 48 hours before your booking starts to cover any incidental damage that may occur during your rental. This hold is released 48 hours after the booking is complete, if no claims are made. The security deposit amount for the boat you are booking will be outlined during the check-out process.
