📍 Pickup / Drop-Off Location
To be determined by renter and owner. Either Ramsey Creek or Hello Sailor recommended. The boat can be delivered to multiple locations and AirBNB's around Lake Norman if mutually convenient. We’ll meet you at the dock to assist with boarding and walk you through the boat's features. Return the boat to the same location at the agreed-upon time
✅ Rules / Friendly Guidelines
* Pets, smoking, alcohol, and shoes are all allowed onboard
* No glass bottles, please
* The boat operator may not consume alcohol
* Alcohol-related incidents must be reported to Marine Patrol (required by law)
* All posted markers and signs must be obeyed
* The renter is responsible for any fines or damages incurred during the trip
⚠️ Note: Boat damage is expensive and the renter is fully responsible up to the security deposit. Please drive safely and cautiously!
⛽ Fuel Policy
The boat will be fully fueled before departure. If refueling is needed, several marinas and lakeside restaurants are available nearby
🕒 Late / Cancellation Policy
* If the guest is 1 hour or more late for pickup, we reserve the right to cancel without refund
* If the boat is returned more than 45 minutes late, a $100 late fee may apply at the owner's discretion.

- Free cancellations until 24 hours before the booking start time.
- Cancellations within 24 hours of the booking start time are non-refundable.
Security deposit
A security deposit hold (not a charge) will be placed on your credit card 48 hours before your booking starts to cover any incidental damage that may occur during your rental. This hold is released 48 hours after the booking is complete, if no claims are made. The security deposit amount for the boat you are booking will be outlined during the check-out process.
