For your safety, your passengers safety and other boaters/people on the waters safety, I require 1 person per booking party to have a California Boaters Card or you can rent boat with a captain.

***If you see this posting and don’t have a boaters card and decide to get your boaters card to rent this boat, I will give you 1 free additional hour on the vessel. (Valid ONLY on 4 hour or longer bookings)***
Having a BOATERS CARD isn’t mandatory when renting a boat, however, for safety reasons, for this vessel we are requiring it, but supporting your process.
I got my boaters card online, from my computer at home in a few hours myself a few years ago :)

Security deposit
A security deposit hold (not a charge) will be placed on your credit card 48 hours before your booking starts to cover any incidental damage that may occur during your rental. This hold is released 48 hours after the booking is complete, if no claims are made. The security deposit amount for the boat you are booking will be outlined during the check-out process.
