We welcome you to come and relax on our Fountaine Pajot Isla 40 sailing Catamaran, Misty Visions! She is well equipped with everything you will need to enjoy your journey, not matter how long.
St Petersburg Florida and their many secluded anchorages and fine marinas are a sure way to lure you to come back.
Whether you are with us for a day or just want to book us for a spectacular sunset cruise, you will be sure to relax, forget about everything, and enjoy the warm waters of the west coast of Florida.
We will set sail out into Tampa Bay and enjoy the beautiful sounds of the wind and ocean beneath our sails. Enjoy the peaceful silence as we hoist the sails and glide through the bay overlooking the Sunset Skyway Bridge. It truly is amazing.
DEPARTURE LOCATION We depart from the Harborage Marina, 1110-3rd Street South, St Pete FL 33701
Guest boarding is 15 minutes prior to the scheduled departure time.
NO SMOKING/NO FLAME Due to CG Fire regulations, our yacht is NON SMOKING - sorry we cannot make any exceptions for this safety requirement.
FOOD/DRINKS/ALCOHOL You’re welcome to bring your own food and drinks; no restrictions other than beer must be in cans and please avoid any staining food or beverages. (ie. Red Wine,ect) Any passenger consuming alcohol must be at least 21, and passengers assume legal consequences due to drinking of alcohol. When alcohol is on board the yacht all guests will need to have ID with them. Any guest under 21 will need to be accompanied by their parent or legal guardian.
All cruise routes are determined by the captain and based upon the weather conditions that day.
LIABILITY WAIVER
You accept that sailing or boating, in general, can be dangerous and we will not be held responsible for the actions of other boaters (such as their wake), your own behavior, failure to follow the Captain's orders, the movement or operation of the vessel, your movement aboard the vessel, or your own general understanding of boating etiquette
PHOTOS: The Captain or crew may take pictures during your sail. Any pictures taken of your group will be shared with you via the email provided at booking. We may also share photos on our website or social media accounts. If you or anyone in your group chooses not to be included in these pictures, please let your captain know before departure.

Security deposit
A security deposit hold (not a charge) will be placed on your credit card 48 hours before your booking starts to cover any incidental damage that may occur during your rental. This hold is released 48 hours after the booking is complete, if no claims are made. The security deposit amount for the boat you are booking will be outlined during the check-out process.
