Doug was awesome! Easy to communicate with and very clear instructions. The boat has a small engine so I would recommend taking fewer than 6 adults (1,000 lbs) on board, but it was very nice, clean, functional, and easy to operate. Wonderful experience!

Doug was great to work with. Very detailed instructions for a hassle-free departure and return. Easy to contact and responded right away when his other boat we reserved was brought back damaged by the previous renter. Was very accomodating and got us into his Chaparral later that afternoon. The Chaparral was great for our small group and operated well. Note: The gas gauge reads 1/8th more than what is actually in the tank.

Great experience overall. Boat drives smoothly and everything needed onboard provided, owner available at all times to answer questions, perfect for group outing.

We had a great time renting Doug's boat. Location was convenient to the major attractions on Potomac river. Boat was clean and ran like a charm. The Bimini top was large and protected us from the sun. Doug communicated well and informed us of key things we need to be aware of. We gassed up the boat before returning to the slip and fuel station was right there at the marina. We're renting again.

Wow, what a terrific experience renting a boat from Doug. We went out on the Potomac and had a great boating day. The boat was perfect ! Great room and spaces easy to drive, great condition and reliable . Doug is a great guy and a perfect host , He was very flexible and very good at explaining the functionality of the boat and keeps it in mint condition.

Doug was super-responsive, and really easy to work with. Loved the boat! Clean, spacious and the engine ran smoothly and with no issues. Large canopy provided ample shade. So handy to have the bathroom on-board. I would highly recommend this boat (but only when I'm not using it!)
