Earned my first boating license at age 13. Sailed a Pearson ensign 22 for several years I owned a Tartan 27 for a few years and now own this Catalina 22 for about 8 years, which, btw is for sale so I can trade up to a Pearson 303. To rent this boat you need to know sailing essentials. I single hand it most of the time so, armed w basic sailing skills, its a very easy boat to sail. Also, it’s on a mooring, so knowing how to come off and on the mooring is also essential. Other than that, the outboard is electric start and is reliable and I have a charging port set up just inside the cabin so you can charge your phone, etc. Wear appropriate boat shoes or white bottom sneakers. Barefoot is always fine. Any questions, just ask.
