Our beautiful 35' Ericson is located in Alamitos Bay Marina in Long Beach, California near shopping, award winning restaurants and a vibrant night life! Down below, she is appointed with teak, mahogany, and holly. She can sleep 4 comfortably, and 6 in a pinch. Hot and cold running water. She has a separate shower in the head, as well as another in the cockpit. Freshly varnished, the cockpit will sit you comfortably, whether grilling on the gas grill or eating delicacies prepared in her ample 3 burner, refrigerated galley. Updated sails, lines and rigging keep your adventures safe and fun!
