The boat

You get two boats to enjoy for the price of one! The boat will be stored at a dock in Shem creek for easy access to hop on and go! I also have a house boat that is permanently moored into the harbor over by California dreaming which is in my last picture that I posted. I will leave a spare key on the boat for renters. I will provide a gps location of where it is at so you can tie up to and and hangout inside or up top. It has a huge float you can throw out of the back of the house boat to enjoy. It’s not fully renovated but it’s a good hangout spot! Has a grill on the top deck as well with a full tank of propane to cook out.
