Beautiful Percy Priest Lake provides scenic coves and vistas. Both popular and secluded swimming areas. A two person round tube or a multi person floating mat are available to rent. A cooler with ice can be included at no cost upon request for your food and drinks, but there are also several restaurants around the lake at the various marinas if you desire.
This 21 foot Bennington Luxury Edition offers plenty of room yet still easy for the average boater to drive. Very Nice stereo and a shaded bimini top make your time even more enjoyable!
The 90 hp Yamaha motor is very dependable. Ample power and good economy.
Located just steps away from parking.
I love them too, but sorry, no pets allowed.
I will not charge you if we agree that there is too much rain to go out safely.

BOATER SAFETY and LICENSING:
Per TWRA; anyone born after January 1, 1989 must have a wallet size boater safety card to operate a boat on TN waterways, without exception. Out of state operators may use the boater safety card issued in their state. IF YOU DO NOT HAVE THIS OR WILL NOT GET IT PRIOR TO YOUR BOOKING DATE then you are encouraged to hire a captain for your trip.
We have had great success with
Nashvilleboatcaptains<.>com. Lee and his team provide a great service; you will need to contact them directly. If you do not have the safety course and will not hire a captain or have someone born before 1989; then your booking could be canceled or you could face fines/penalties if caught on the waterways.
Charter Times - Boat is only available for either 6 or 8 hour charters. Owner may adjust start time of charter with guest preference to comply with an Earliest check in of 7:00 am and a latest check out of 5:00 pm.

- Free cancellations until 5 days before the booking start time.
- 50% refund for cancellations between 3-5 days before the booking start time.
- Cancellations within 2 days of the booking start time are non-refundable.
Security deposit
A security deposit hold (not a charge) will be placed on your credit card 48 hours before your booking starts to cover any incidental damage that may occur during your rental. This hold is released 48 hours after the booking is complete, if no claims are made. The security deposit amount for the boat you are booking will be outlined during the check-out process.
