Bachelorette parties, family fun on this Brazilian made luxury yacht. Enjoy Our driver will do the driving while you have the fun. Included is Capt Morgan, a lovable nauti golden retriever who will be your concierge for the day as well has . The yacht is 38' in length and has plenty of room for you to relax in the sun on bow while enjoying crab island. If you decide to enjoy the day chasing dolphins, we can take you out into the gulf and travel along the shore looking for our wonderful friends in the water. If scuba diving is your thing, the boat can take you off-shore to enjoy any dive site in the area (additional charges will apply for scuba diving due to increased gas usage and ). The vessel has an electric grill, small refrigerator, small ice maker frozen drink machine and cocktail maker.
-This is a bareback charter. Let em know if you need me to give you a list of drivers or not. Guests with 6 or less I will provide price with driver. guests of more than 6. I will tell you price based on what you have to pay a captain.
- I take pride in my yacht and try to make sure it looks the best is can. It's bleached down at the end of the day. It has a 10 speaker sound system installed. This is NOT a beat up pontoon boat with a ruddy poo Walmart speaker and cheap floats.
-Rentals will start at 9 am unless you book a full day. For late starts the fee is $125/hr.
-Holiday pricing: Holidays (to include day prior and following):$325/hr. 4th of July is an additional charge. 6 hour minimum charge. Longer bookings take precedence. Passengers over 12 in number can be accommodated through an additional jet ski rental or pontoon boat also owned by the same company (additional fees will apply for this. Please address in the initial inquiry.
- I do not supply alcohol. It's illegal without a liquor license. I will provide mixers for the cocktail machine. However you must bring the alcohol.
-Additional fees( late start/ accessories) will be paid upfront. These are nonrefundable. Captain fees will be will paid one week prior to the charter. Should the Charter not happen, the Captains fees will be refunded.

Cancellation policy strict
- Free cancellations until 30 days before the booking start time.
- 50% refund for cancellations between 15-30 days before the booking start time.
- Cancellations within 14 days of the booking start time are non-refundable.

This boat belongs to a Commercial Owner, an independent boat rental company. A Commercial Owner is an independent, Boatsetter-approved boat rental company who provides their own insurance to their guests.
Security deposit
A security deposit hold (not a charge) will be placed on your credit card 48 hours before your booking starts to cover any incidental damage that may occur during your rental. This hold is released 48 hours after the booking is complete, if no claims are made. The security deposit amount for the boat you are booking will be outlined during the check-out process.
