I currently hold a U.S. Coast Guard 25 Ton Masters License. My training was completed at the U.S. Maritime Academy in Chicago, IL. I have been boating for 15 years and currently own a 33' Sea Ray Sundancer. My previous boat was an Active Thunder (High performance offshore). I also have experience working on survey boats in the Great Lakes.

We had a great time on the lake with John! The boat was great! John knows his way around the lake and anchored in a great place for us to swim and have fun! It was very easy to communicate !

We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Coordinating and communicating with John was super easy. John’s boat is immaculate and he made every effort to make sure we were comfortable, safe, and enjoying ourselves. The large water pad and inflatable float he set up were absolutely perfect for lounging in the water. My only wish is that we could have spent more time out on the lake. Thank you, John!

John and Allie were great hosts that were super responsive - made planning an absolute cinch. The boat was beautiful and spotless. John and Allie were happy putting together a route that included both the city tour and the Play Pen. Our group had a blast and would absolutely recommend them.

Cancellation policy
- Free cancellations until 5 days before the booking start date.
- 50% refund for cancellations between 2-5 days before the booking start date.
- Cancellations within 2 days of the booking start date are non-refundable.
Security deposit
A security deposit hold (not a charge) will be placed on your credit card 48 hours before your booking starts to cover any incidental damage that may occur during your rental. This hold is released 48 hours after the booking is complete, if no claims are made. The security deposit amount for the boat you are booking will be outlined during the check-out process.
Captain info
If requested, the owner can provide a list of available captains for bareboat charter or the renter can use their own qualified captain. If the boat is being time chartered, the owner will provide the Captain.
