“Hi, I'm Capt. John. I hold a 50 ton MMC (Captains License) for Great Lakes and OUPV near coastal. I completed my training at the Chicago Maritime Academy (USMA) and earned my Captains License in 2016. From 2017 through 2023 I captained/owned a SeaRay Sundancer 300 out of Belmont Harbor, on UPV recreational charters around the Chicago area. Prior to that I owned a 25' performance boat for 5 years. I work as a civil engineer during the week. I grew up boating on the east side of Michigan. ”
