We have a logistics team in charge of organizing your complete event (food, balloon decoration, dj and everything necessary so you just get to the boat and enjoy.
This beautiful 70' yacht has all the food, 2 bathrooms, 2 bedrooms, kitchen, fridge, living room and dining room.
We allow you to bring all types of food and alcoholic drinks (except red wine).
We will be in charge of obtaining and sending a list of captains available for your trip
We are located by the miami river; the exact address will be sent once the reservation is accepted.

Rental terms:
• CANCELLATION POLICY:
• 50% refund if the trip is canceled 10 days before.
• 100% refund if:
• 80% chance of rain or more (average over rental period) depending on Miami Beach location. BASED ON WEATHER APP ONLY.
• Winds of 25 mph or greater on the day of rental. (Average over your rental period) based on Miami Beach as location.
• BASED ONLY ON THE WEATHER APP.
• In any other case or situation it will be necessary for both parties to agree to a fair term.
• WEATHER CANCELATION POLICY
• If during the trip hours the average percentage of raining probability is over 50% HOURLY AVERAGE (indicated in Accuweather website hourly), the charterer is entitled to reschedule the trip reservation or get a refund.
• If agreed to go out, once the trip has started there will be not refunds or rescheduling (Unless spoken about it prior going out).
• As a reference we use (hourly) Accuweather website.
• Important:
• The confirmation of your reservation will always be sent 2 days before the reservation date, since changes can occur in the marina, and they can change marinas at any time.

This boat belongs to a Commercial Owner, an independent boat rental company. A Commercial Owner is an independent, Boatsetter-approved boat rental company who provides their own insurance to their guests.

A security deposit hold (not a charge) will be placed on your credit card 48 hours before your booking starts to cover any incidental damage that may occur during your rental. This hold is released 48 hours after the booking is complete, if no claims are made. The security deposit amount for the boat you are booking will be outlined during the check-out process.
