Overall our experience went well. Our captain and staff were knowledgeable and helpful. Alexa and her team run a professional business and can offer a great experience for those locally and people visiting Miami.

My advice is to make sure everything is in line leading up to the booking, we had some time delays and AC issues that were not known to us until we got there. Also we did have to switch the boat booking due to a boat inspection.

No ones fault, just stating what happened with us.

We had a great day with our group and the captains. We had some trouble getting started with one of their boats, but they helped us quickly move to another marina nearby and go out on another boat. The sound system on the second boat was awesome. We had such a great day at the little sandbar island near Virginia Key Beach. We had the floating mat out and life was good! A very special shout out to the captains for their dedication to get us out on the water despite the problem we had getting out of the marina at low tide. Thank you ❤️

boat was very nice and clean, captain was good and attentive to needs. Great having a ton of indoor space, ( which was prefect for my 5 month old son, but would have liked more open outdoor areas to sit. Cooler was small for accommodations of 12+ individuals, minimal ice and about only 5 bottles of water for a larger group. Overall, good experience and great response rate from owner and support staff.

Great way to spend an afternoon in Miami. The boat was in great condition and the captain, Mauricio, was awesome. Alexa was extremely helpful during the coordination process. Would definitely book again!

We had some bumps due to boat malfunction, but Alexa’s team was quick to correct and find a suitable replacement. Kind of disappointed we didn’t appear to have a floating mat as advertised, but Kelly and his wife Jackie were pleasant Captains.

Based on where you are picked up, it takes almost an hour to get to the ocean. So a four hour boat ride is really only about 2 at the most. Our captain spoke zero English which made it difficult to communicate plans or needs. Overall everyone was very nice and I’d probably do it again.
