A pleasure to be able to offer you our services, it is important to remember that the price of captain, gasoline, and tip is not included in your offer, and must be paid the same day of your trip before boarding.
Please Note: US Coastguard mandates all bareboat charters can not pre-include captain’s salary and fuel in the rental price. You will pay the captain directly onboard.
This boat must be driven only by a licensed captain. There are other boats on this website that you can rent without a captain this is not just one of them. Thank you.
This boat has sound system, bluetooth, cooler, bimini top, new upholstery, floating mat, water and ice.
Where are we going? Well, it all depends on the number of hours of the trip, the weather (sometimes bad weather is south of our location, so we could go north and vice versa).
The popular destinations that we are going to take you are: Monument Island, Star Island, Nixon Sandbar, Miami Beach, Marine Stadium, Biscayne Bay, Miami River.
Any special place or request let us know to verify if we can take you and also the amount of fuel that must be charged.
You can bring food and drinks (alcoholic beverages accepted).

The pick up is informed to the client one day before his trip, this to avoid last minute changes.

• This boat must be driven only by a licensed Captain.
• The Captain and Gasoline service fees are not included in your offer.
• This amount must be paid 1 day before your trip or must be paid on the same day of your trip. (Inquire for more details).
• Remember that the captain will not start his trip if this Captain and Gasoline service fees have not been paid in full.
• WEATHER CANCELATION POLICY
• If during the trip hours the average percentage of raining probability is over 50% HOURLY AVERAGE (indicated in Accuweather website hourly), the charterer is entitled to reschedule the trip reservation or get a refund.
• If agreed to go out, once the trip has started there will be not refunds or rescheduling (Unless spoken about it prior going out).
• As a reference we use (hourly) Accuweather website.
• Important:
• The confirmation of your reservation will always be sent 2 days before the reservation date, since changes can occur in the marina, and they can change marinas at any time.

This boat belongs to a Commercial Owner, an independent boat rental company. A Commercial Owner is an independent, Boatsetter-approved boat rental company who provides their own insurance to their guests.
Security deposit
A security deposit hold (not a charge) will be placed on your credit card 48 hours before your booking starts to cover any incidental damage that may occur during your rental. This hold is released 48 hours after the booking is complete, if no claims are made. The security deposit amount for the boat you are booking will be outlined during the check-out process.
