The XO EXPLR 9 is in a class of its own, with a family-focused design that revolves around fun on the water. Whether you prefer being on, in, or around the water, this boat has everything you need.
Cruising, sightseeing, restaurants, bars, lunch cruise or dinner cruise, canal cruise, your choices are unlimited. Want to enjoy a ride up and down the coast or just want to spend the day at a private beach? I have it covered.

When the water is warm enough for my clients, I prefer to place my boat into "sandbar mode" It will fully immerse your friends/family in the moment, creating lasting memories on the water. I will provide three heavy pool noodles for floating fun.
A full day on the water is a good day! For example, the Captain will pickup your party @1000am taking you where you would like (beach, dining, etc..) On a beach trip, I will provide an umbrella, two chairs, and a cooler you can take to the beach.
This tour is charming with the family and friends on N. Captiva and Cayo Costa where the beaches are quiet and you might have the beach to yourself.

It has a draft of 30" so I can back up to the beach up to waist/thigh deep of water and can hold up to six (6) passengers. Our tours require you to be mobile. You will need to be able to get on and off of a boat assisted using a swim ladder.
Bluetooth stereo to play your choice of music.
LOCATION - We are located in SW Cape Coral and will pick up your party at Tarpon Point Marina. There is parking, a ships store for anything you might have forgotten, and restrooms.
WHAT SHOULD YOU BRING ALONG FOR THE TRIP?Hat, shirt, sunblock, sunglasses, beach towel if swimming and for the sun.
Food/snacks in ziplock bags
Beverages welcome but please no liquor, red wine or glass.
Ask about bringing your own cooler(size and design dependent).
Water shoes or sandals if your feet are tender
Camera, binoculars, and a waterproof pouch(zip lock) for your cellphones.
Light jacket, sweatshirt or long sleeve shirt (if weather conditions dictate).
NOTE: Passengers under the age of 13 are required to wear a life vest while on board or the vessel is underway, and can be provided.
Children under 3yrs of age are required that you bring their own life jacket.
No pets are allowed
There is a restroom on board.
$100 each additional hour.

I am Captain Robert, and I can be your USCG OUPV licensed captain for all your adventures if you need a captain for hire or my own vessel with Broken Compass Charters. My own vessel is a 28ft XO EXPLR 9 pilothouse, open bow vessel.
I have 20+ years experience on the water on lakes, estuaries, near shore locations, and I have lived in Cape Coral for 4 years on a canal. My passion is boating, and after nearly 30 years of federal service, I now get to realize this. I keep my boat on a lift so it's clean, and enjoy giving my friends and family memorable excursions of the coastal beaches of Sanibel, Captiva, and Cayo Costa.
My mission is to provide you with the most memorable and enjoyable experience here on the Pine Island Sound, its estuaries, and coastal locations of our barrier islands.

Security deposit
A security deposit hold (not a charge) will be placed on your credit card 48 hours before your booking starts to cover any incidental damage that may occur during your rental. This hold is released 48 hours after the booking is complete, if no claims are made. The security deposit amount for the boat you are booking will be outlined during the check-out process.
