How It Works
• Booking: Boatsetter will collect both the boat and captain costs when you reserve.
• Captain Selection: This is a bareboat charter and by booking you agree to comply both to uscg and fwc law regulations. You will have to select your captain separately which is an straight forward process in which you will be given a list of options to choose from. There direct payment is handled via Boatsetter for compliance.
• Tip not included and not mandatory. Only if you value crew and service. Guests normally do.
• Price may vary depending on the day of the week.
Note: FL state statutes mandate a quick FWC approved course or equivalent from another state for any boat charter.

Security deposit
A security deposit hold (not a charge) will be placed on your credit card 48 hours before your booking starts to cover any incidental damage that may occur during your rental. This hold is released 48 hours after the booking is complete, if no claims are made. The security deposit amount for the boat you are booking will be outlined during the check-out process.
