Our first time using Boatsetter and we were lucky to have our first experience with Sandy and Captain Dirk. We had a terrific time. Professional, friendly and knowledgeable. Incredible day on the Long Island Sound aboard the Knotty Tigress! Sandy (owner) was helpful and responsive in arranging the logistics of the day. Captain Dirk picked us up on time and was an incredible host throughout -- professional, knowledgeable, fun and accommodating of the crew's appetite for 80s/90s rock and hip hop. The Knotty Tigress is a gorgeous vessel, with plenty of room for 6 adults, as well as access to sun on both the stern and bow. Highly recommend the trifecta (Knotty Tigress, Sandy and Dirk). They won't disappoint.

We had a fantastic day on the boat. Sandy and Dirk were amazing - highly responsive on the booking, very helpful on equipment (helping us source kid's life jacket last minute; allowing us to use our own wakeboard), and super nice and welcoming during the trip itself. We are aiming to charter again very soon.

Dirk and Sandy were fantastic! They put together an awesome itinerary for my wife's 30th birthday, coordinated brunch and lunch catering on the boat, and went above and beyond to make it the best birthday ever – one we won't ever forget. Thanks again!!
