The boat

The Blue Moon is a 2010 Tidewater 19.5 ft center console and is powered by a 140hp Suzuki motor. It includes a T-top for shade and cushioned seats and bow for your comfort. The vessel comes with a local captain and can take up to 6 passengers.



This boat is great for cruising with friends, sight seeing, day trips to the barrier islands, and fishing the inter-coastal waters.



If fishing is your thing, we offer an "Add-On" that includes a Rhodan gps trolling motor to easily maneuver through the oyster beds without anchors. The "Add-On" also comes with poles, bait, and a cast net. The boat also has two live wells.



This vessel is not permitted to travel more than 2 miles off shore.



We primarily use this vessel to take visitors to Morris Island to see the lighthouse and look for shark teeth.



We include a cooler with ice and bottled water. You are welcome to bring your own snacks and beverages.

I am Captain P.D. Inabinett, a Charleston native, who owns an operates Morris Island Charters, a local boat tour company in the Folly Beach area. Over the years I have become well acquainted with the water ways around Charleston, although now a days I spend most of my time on the waters around Folly, James Island, The Ashley, Stono, Cooper Rivers and Offshore. I do own and operate my own tour boat company, but I do enjoy getting to captain boats other than my own to experience new vessels.

This boat belongs to a Commercial Owner, an independent boat rental company. A Commercial Owner is an independent, Boatsetter-approved boat rental company who provides their own insurance to their guests.

A security deposit hold (not a charge) will be placed on your credit card 48 hours before your booking starts to cover any incidental damage that may occur during your rental. This hold is released 48 hours after the booking is complete, if no claims are made. The security deposit amount for the boat you are booking will be outlined during the check-out process.
