- Boat usage: The user may not exceed 4200rpm, Must clean up after your usage or else a $200 cleaning fee will be charged.



- Time duration of booking is final. No refunds or discount on rental agreement price if duration is not met. Boat can be arranged to be picked up early, no refunds will be given.



- Hourly charge will occur if the renter goes over the duration time booked and will be collected upon pick-up.



- Boat Fuel will be charged and submitted through Boatsetter for reimbursement .



- Boat will be brought to anclote river park or clear water Seminole boat ramp for Drop/off Pick/ Up Free of charge , other boat ramp requests may incur a fuel surcharge payable at time of drop off. Please message for details.



The standard Cancellation policy for entire bookings may have exceptions for severe weather that indicates small craft advisory.
