I was raised in Fajardo, Puerto Rico and relocated to Historic Charleston SC in 1999. Holding a USCG Master 1,600T License, together with additional endorsements as 100 ton Sailing, Master of Towing & STCW. - Cancellations within 2 days of the booking start time are non-refundable.
