This beautiful 40' FORMULA yacht is the perfect match for your needs, being able to accommodate 13 guests very comfortably. Minimum booking of 2 hours.





Deposit:

$500 (A hold on your card in case of damages to the yacht)

Large Floating Water Mat available.

A/C, soft leather, and wood floor interior. 2 beds and full bathroom w/ shower.



Not included:

Docking fees. Fuel. 18% Gratuity for a crew member.



As this is a bareboat charter. Customer needs to compensate Captain, One
Additional crew member (optional), fuel, cleaning, and dock fees. Charges not included in Boatsetter offer.

*Please arrive 20 minutes earlier to allow time for pre-departure checklist.



The group must comply with the captain's instructions and the yacht rules. The yacht navigates on slow cruising speed. If the group does 
not comply with the Captain, he has the right terminate the trip immediately and no refund will be 
issued.

This boat belongs to a Commercial Owner, an independent boat rental company. A Commercial Owner is an independent, Boatsetter-approved boat rental company who provides their own insurance to their guests.

A security deposit hold (not a charge) will be placed on your credit card 48 hours before your booking starts to cover any incidental damage that may occur during your rental. This hold is released 48 hours after the booking is complete, if no claims are made. The security deposit amount for the boat you are booking will be outlined during the check-out process.

If requested, the owner can provide a list of available captains for bareboat charter or the renter can use their own qualified captain. If the boat is being time chartered, the owner will provide the Captain.
