Thomas is an American who has sailed around the world since the 1960s and who has been a sailor with his wife and son out of New York City since 2019. We've found sailing out of New Rochelle to be an ideal solution to having a boat easily accessible out of Manhattan while giving us access to the ideal sailing conditions of Long Island Sound. Typically the sailing charters are done for an afternoon or evening outing, a day trip out on the water to either go to an anchorage and dip in the water to cool down from the NY summer, or to sit back and enjoy a glorious sunset cruise, or get hands-on sailing experience equivalent to ASA 101 and/or ASA 103 courses. You can also charter Tom for more extensive outings, either sailing down the East River to see the Statue of Liberty, or heading up the Connecticut and Long Island coastline for explorations.Besides his native English, Tom also speaks in French and Italian.

A security deposit hold (not a charge) will be placed on your credit card 48 hours before your booking starts to cover any incidental damage that may occur during your rental. This hold is released 48 hours after the booking is complete, if no claims are made. The security deposit amount for the boat you are booking will be outlined during the check-out process.
