With an extensive history in executive management, market development, and all facets of manufacturing. I am a certified Manufacturing Engineer with a great deal of CAD-CAM history. I have devoted my life to being a good father, husband, Grandfather, provider and a servant of the community. My wife and I have been happily married for 37 years. We met at South Torrance High school and married soon after graduation. I have served as CEO for many companies as well as 501C3 non-profit organizations. I enjoy learning new skills. The terms of the contract were as follows: Responsible for determining how to perform on a program the company was interested in tackling. I was contracted to analyze the job, purchase the equipment, design the tooling, purchase the tooling, Hire the staff and implement production. The job was completed on time and under budget. 1989-1991 Pacific Research and Manufacturing, Inc. Major Stock Holder, Board of Directors Vice President, Manufacturing Engineer, Sales Responsible for development of new contracts, engineering new programs and implementing production. The company closed December 1991. 1982-1989 Hall Industries, Inc. President Responsible for all facets of the company. The company was started with $1000 of personal capital. Within two years, the company had monthly sales of $20,000 and supported eight employees. In January of 1996, Hall Industries purchased Dennis Metal Products. Within three months sales increased to $105,000 per month and net earnings from 0% to 32% with no capital investment. The company was sold in 1989 1981-1983 Hiebert, Inc. Manufacturing Engineer, Manager in charge of all metal production. Functions included mechanical and electrical component design, development of all metal and plastic parts and tool design and procurement. I developed all testing procedures and equipment in order to meet or exceed BIFMA standards. I was responsible for all metal production including the Luisberg, NC plant. Over all I managed 80 direct labor persons, 5 fourth level managers and 1 third level manager. As of December 31st 1982, I was able to provide documented savings of over $1.62 million in design, production and processing costs. Additional responsibilities included liaison for Underwriters Laboratories, IES and BIFMA. 1980-1981 Tri-Tec Engineering Mold Maker, Tool Room Design and build injection molds and all types of pneumatic fixtures and tooling. Maintained all types of wiring processing and injection molding equipment. 1979-1980 Dennis Metal Products Supervisor Managed Personnel, supervised and implemented new jobs and methods for first article production runs. Overseer of all production operations. 1978-1979 Northrop Aircraft Periodics-Tooling Inspector Inspected all forms of tooling for compliance with design specifications. Responsible for decisions regarding use of tooling in the production environment. I resigned after a knee operation which required an extended medical leave of absence. Few jobs scare me as all things may be accomplished with enough hard work. My best talents lie in the problem solving capacity. I have a history of accomplishments in this area and have had some notoriety. I have been involved in many projects helping customers by developing and producing proprietary products for their market. I have been awarded several patents and have several pending. Hobbies: I am a licensed boat captain. I am a pilot with an instrument rating and multi-engine –land classification. I have been involved in competition and sport diving my entire life. My grandfather was considered one of the founding fathers of diving. I am a competent Surfer, skier, snowboarder and desert motorcycles I have a passion for speed. That has lead to many classic car restorations and the construction of several drag cars. I hold NHRA licenses for Supercomp and Pro-tock. We spend our summers on Lake Havasu enjoying Fast boats and off road vehicles. Community Services: I am currently serving as Technical Consultant to Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department assigned to SWAT. I am one of three active civilian members of the team. I recently resigned as President of Torrance American Youth Football and cheerleading after 20 years of service. I am still on the board an advisory capacity. I have coached football and even one season of cheerleading during most of the 20 years. During the late 90’s, I served as a walk on wrestling coach at South for seven years. I serve on several community action groups and the needs arise.
