I completed the USCG Auxiliary Basic Boating course in 1985. My at sea experience has been 28 years with 18 years captaining my own 31 ft Hunter sloop rig sailing to Mexico, The Bahamas, Cuba, Trinidad & Tobago, and Martinique. I maintained my vessel during this period of time. I started delivering yachts in 1987 with a 37ft Hunter sloop rig from Cudjoe Key, FL to Palmetto, FL.
