I do extensive delivery work throughout the Caribbean basin. I can work with port captains and custom/immigration officials though out the Caribbean and Central America. I can operate Motor yachts, Sportfish and Sailing vessels with equal ease. I am willing to do owner in training kind of work. I am in excellent physical shape and drug free. Born on the Outer Banks near Beaufort, North Carolina, I have run power vessels since I was 10 years old. After attending East Carolina University I enlisted for a tour with the US Army 82nd ABN. I returned to the Carolina coast where I was employed in the boat building industry. At the same time I learned to sail and became involved with the yacht racing community. As a delivery captain I travel regularly to the windward and Leeward Islands. I have run boats power and sail as far south as Argentina and as far north as Great Britain. I am very familiar with the Outer Banks of North Carolina and the Chesapeake Bay. I have traveled the Central American coast from Cozumel MX to San Blas, Panama. I know the Bay Islands of Honduras and the Miskitos of Nicaragua. I have captained several transits of the Panama Canal and Atlantic crossings. I know the Pacific coast as north as far north as San Francisco. I have an excellent working knowledge of the Abacos and the Exumas in the Bahamas. I deliver vessels for loading/off load at Port Everglades. I have hundreds of trips in and out of New River past I 95 I have tradecraft training from JFKIMA, Ft. Bragg, NC. Bats Security Giddings, TX. I can do Close Contact work and run Operational Security for VIP’s going ashore in foreign ports. FL concealed weapons Lic. W2331505. I am PADI open water qualified. I also work with the South Florida 7th district USCG Maintaining their qualification training in helicopter Air-Sea rescue operations. During 2011-12 I fulfilled a year DOD contract in Eastern Afghanistan where I managed 4 heavy lift helicopters with a 30 man multinational flight and ground crew. I understand mechanical, hydraulic and electrical systems along with marine electronics. I have good mechanical skills with a working knowledge of diesel, gas engines and generators.
