He ventured into small boat sailing when he was in the Navy, then took up keelboat sailing on the San Francisco bay in 2008. In addition to teaching sailing, John has taught Problem Solving and Root Cause Analysis in the corporate environment. In his spare time he enjoys cruising catamarans abroad (BVI, France, Turkey), working as a Business Operations Manager, and being a husband / father of two sailors.
