Boat Managers support Owners by messaging with Guests about their trip, meeting up with them at the dock, and overall ensuring a smooth experience. Your Boat Manager will
- Edit boat listings as needed
- Manage Guest and Captain relations
- Meet Guests at the dock
- Contact Boatsetter Support as needed
How to invite a Boat Manager
Owners can invite someone to be your Boat Manager via email. Follow the outlined path:
- Open the Owner Dashboard
- Navigate to My Boat Manager
- Enter email address and send invite
- Monitor the status of the invitation on this page.
Once they accept the invitation, their status will update to Active. This means that your manager can edit details about your boat, add photos, update the calendar, respond to inquiries and requests, and edit or cancel bookings.
Boat Managers and Owners receive notifications for bookings and inquiries. Owners may turn off notifications if you no longer wish to receive them without affecting the notifications that your Boat Manager receives.
