New Boat with plenty of room for the family. Boat has a capacity of 11 people. The boat is equipped with navigation & fish finder, Stereo, 2 live wells for fishing & a Bimini to get out of the sun.
**BOAT RULES
***MUST BE AT LEAST 21 YEARS OLD AND HAVE BOATING EXPERIENCE TO OPERATE, NO EXCEPTIONS! If you do not know how to operate the boat SAFELY AND PROPERLY or YOU ARE NOT AT LEAST 21, you will not be permitted to drive the boat and you will NOT be refunded!!! Drivers born on or after January 1, 1988 are required by law to have a boaters license or take a boating safety course.
*** Our boats are GPS Tracked. Do Not take the boat into the Gulf Of Mexico. The boat is to remain in the intercoastal waterways.
* Please do not put top down
*Absolutely no GLASS on or around the boat!
*Boat is clean when given to you, it must be CLEAN when you give it back! A $100 cleaning fee will be charged if the boat is not retuned in clean condition when trip is over!. (exception sand and water)
*Please do not be late before or after the trip. I will charge $50 if I am waiting for you for more than 30 minutes. Please have courtesy.
*Food and Drinks ARE PERMITTED on the boat, however you must remove all garbage when your trip has concluded.
*Captain must always remain SOBER while operating the boat.
*No refunds due to weather. This is Florida, it will more than likely rain or storm at some point on your trip, however it rarely lasts very long. 48-hour Cancellation free of charge so use your best judgement.
*Any damage to anything on the boat will be taken out of deposit so be VERY careful!!!
*Adult life vests are included however any specialty size you must provide for example child life vest etc.

- Cancellations within 24 hours of the booking start time are non-refundable.
Security deposit
A security deposit hold (not a charge) will be placed on your credit card 48 hours before your booking starts to cover any incidental damage that may occur during your rental. This hold is released 48 hours after the booking is complete, if no claims are made. The security deposit amount for the boat you are booking will be outlined during the check-out process.

If requested, the owner can provide a list of available captains for bareboat charter or the renter can use their own qualified captain. If the boat is being time chartered, the owner will provide the Captain.
