The boat
GAS: The jet skis will come with a full tank of gas. This is enough gas for the full day service under normal circumstances. You do not need to worry about fueling the jet skis we will do that after the booking and send you a receipt. The renter is responsible for any gas used during the booking. We will accept most forms of electronic payment.
SAFETY: The jet skis are loaded with life jackets that come in multiple sizes to account for everyone on the boat if needed. The jet skis are also equipped with safety kits and fire extinguishers.
DAMAGE DEPOSIT: All renters are subject to a damage deposit of $300 per jet skie that is refundable to the renter's card if the jet skis are returned with no damage. The person that booked will need to sign an electronic rental agreement prior to the day of the booking along with a walk-through acknowledgment that represents the current condition of the skies.

QUALIFICATIONS: If you, the renter, or anyone driving the boat/jet ski was born before September 1, 1993 you DO NOT need any type of boaters license or boaters safety card. If you were born after September 1, 1993 you will NEED to take an $11 course/quiz online before driving the boat/jet ski (this is the cheapest one available in Texas, via BoatUS).

Cancellation policy moderate
- Free cancellations until 5 days before the booking start time.
- 50% refund for cancellations between 3-5 days before the booking start time.
- Cancellations within 2 days of the booking start time are non-refundable.
Commercial owner
This boat belongs to a Commercial Owner, an independent boat rental company. A Commercial Owner is an independent, Boatsetter-approved boat rental company who provides their own insurance to their guests.
Security deposit
A security deposit hold (not a charge) will be placed on your credit card 48 hours before your booking starts to cover any incidental damage that may occur during your rental. This hold is released 48 hours after the booking is complete, if no claims are made. The security deposit amount for the boat you are booking will be outlined during the check-out process.

If requested, the owner can provide a list of available captains for bareboat charter or the renter can use their own qualified captain. If the boat is being time chartered, the owner will provide the Captain.
