We booked a Cobia on Boatsetter. The owner listed as “Thomas “ responded Several hours later showing our request was available and accepted. We called the telephone # listed as we arrived to pick up boat. It went straight to voicemail of a marina. Arrived at the marina and found someone in back who knew nothing of our reservation and the boat in question was rented out for the next month. The marina offered a different boat. Smelled like rotten fish in potty cabin. Wished it was cleaned prior.

The boat was super clean, well maintained and ran perfect! The man who got us started was very quick and informative and got us on the water quick. We will definitely be renting from them again when we come back!

Boat was in good working order and all as contracted

Has a great time. Beautiful clean boat. Nothing but sun and good times. They were very nice and gave clear instructions. Place has parking and looks safe. Will book again.

Awesome boat awesome marina

Due to a BoatSetter glitch, the rental got off to a rough start. When I arrived, the boat I reserved was not available but the guys were able to make the situation right. Super nice guys. Highly recommend. We had a great day out on both the Gulf and the Atlantic on a very nice boat.

We had a great boat, great experience. We had some weather that kept us from enjoying the boat as much as we would have liked, but we will reach out to them again when in the keys.

Excellent experience

The boat was very clean and in better than average condition for a rental boat. There was a bit of a snafu where we were provided with a smaller boat than what we were expecting, and not told, but with a little bit of prodding, we are eventually provided a creditfor the difference. The boat we were expecting had maintenance issues so we understood and appreciated that they still provided us with a boat.
Communication was relatively responsive, and they were always helpful.
