Merlin

Unfortunately we were unable to complete our rental due to the red tide that invaded Tarpon Springs. Jason, dockside manager, was extremely professional, courteous, knowledgeable and helpful. Merlin was very prompt in helping us to order the pontoon boat and quickly answered any questions I had about it. In the future, we look forward to using Boatsetter again, hopefully when there is no red tide!

Excellent service. We arrived and were immediately tended to. Including gulf cart transportation of my96 year old mother in law down to the boat.
The boat was fine, everyone was very friendly and we had a perfect outing.

Booking with Merlin was easy and convenient. He gave me all the info I needed ahead and time and was quick to respond to any questions I had. At the marina, check-in was an easy process and everyone was extremely helpful (even helped with loading and unloading) and friendly. Totally recommend and will be renting again!
