About Captain Joe
“Ahoy there! I have been boating my entire life and have over 50 years of safe boating experience. I’ve owned over 30 boats, mostly sailboats, but also several large and small powerboats. I also have lived full-time aboard my boats for about six years and had the privilege of sailing in some of the most beautiful places in the world. Currently, I am a USCG licensed 100 Ton Master (Captain) for both power and sailing vessels, near coastal ocean routes, which covers all inland waters as well. I am also an American Sailing Association certified sailing instructor, teaching Basic Keelboat Sailing, Basic Coastal Cruising, and Navigation & Coastal Piloting. All classes promote safety and seamanship as a priority. When you book a boating experience with me, you can be assured that the boat is in top condition, meets all USCG safety requirements, and will operated safely so that you and your guests can relax and fully enjoy the experience. Captain Joe was very knowledgeable and friendly. He’s a very experienced captain who toured us around some spots on the river I’d never seen before. The pontoon is very comfortable. Great for a group outing.

Joe was an amazing captain! We rented his pontoon boat to celebrate my husbands birthday with some friends and we had the best day. Joe was an expert on the water and took us to best sandbars. I highly recommend booking with Joe for an unforgettable day on the water!

We had such an awesome time on Captain Joe's boat! He took 7 of us up the columbia river. Joe had lots of fun facts to share and knew the perfect spots for us to hop out, enjoy a swim and have a picnic. A cruise with Captain Joe would be the perfect activity for locals or tourists. As someone who has lived here for many years, it was really cool to see sea lions and bald eagles that we had no idea lived so close to us! Thank you JOE!! ¨̮
