Boat was nice and made for a fun day on big bear. However the manager of the boat was nearly 1.5 hours late and unresponsive. Jim did the right thing by extending the rental for the full day.

Both Jim & Matt were great to deal with & had great communication. The boat was awesome, came with tube, wakeboard and water skis. Matt met us at the RV park we were staying at and was super accommodating. Boat was super comfortable, was easy to use & easily accommodated our group of 7. I didn’t find too many options for Big Bear and would definitely rent this again.

Had an amazing experience renting this boat from Jim. The boat was perfect on the water and had everything we needed. This boat is fast and handles the lake with ease. Our contact person Matt was awesome. He explained everything about using the boat and was a pleasure to work with. Don't hesitate to rent this boat you won't be disappointed. This was 1000 times better than renting those local pontoon boats at the same price.
