“Owned and run by Capt. Shawn O'Brien and his wife Ruth. Capt. Shawn first came down to Southwest Florida in 1991, Capt. Shawn holds a 100 ton Masters rating from the United States Coast Guard. He has over 25 years of experience in all of the areas waterways from Pine Island Sound down to Big Marco Pass. He has boated across the state between the East and West coast of Florida and from the Panhandle down to the Keys. As a former United State's Marine, safety and proper procedures are his most important processes each day. Sundancer Charters is a member of the SWFMIA (Southwest Florida Marine Industry Association) and the Fort Myers Beach Chamber of Commerce. Shawn and Ruth are also members of the Cape Coral Sail and Power Squadron. They love being on the water and want to share these great experiences with you.”
