“Ahoy Matey, Captain Gary here with a little background info for ya. Born in Sacramento, a life long California native and been boating and fishing all over the state since I was a little tike! From the High Sierra lakes to the Delta, I still visit them all whenever I can. I grew up on the Sacramento river so the water is just part of life for me and I love it. I've owned several boats from small fishing for 2 to speed boats with over 600 HP. You could say everything from slow and steady to dangerously fast. My latest is the 20' Sundancer pontoon. Happily married and in my 60's simi-retired, the pontoon is much more my pace these days. Fishing and boating life is great!”

Gary was extremely communicative. He responded to any of our questions right away. He was very accommodating and helpful. Gary knows the area very well and had great tips. He was also kind enough to walk me through all safety best practices and taught me how to drive the boat. I would definitely rent and recommend Gary’s Pontoon. The grill was an amazing touch and everyone on the river complimented it. It was a seamless transaction and a lot of fun.
