Communication with Arthur was really good but… the boat is not in a great shape.

Speedometer and fuel gauge were not working, some spots on the seats were unstitched, old and slow engine that I cannot rev over 4000 rpm, some pieces were falling apart like the back seat. I was not able to connect to the Bluetooth, the radio was outdated. I rented boat in the past and it was the worst by far.

For around 1000$ USD with taxes, fees and insurance (1400$ CAD), I thought it will be a lot nicer.

We had an amazing time on the boat! Arthur was more than accommodating and made sure we knew where a near by sand bar was. We will definitely be renting from him again!

Arthur's boat was great and everything we expected! I rented the boat for my brother's bachelor party. My brother had an awesome time at the Haulover Sandbar. The communication with Arthur leading up to the trip was fast and easy. We met up with Arthur at the time and location he said with no hiccups. The boat was clean and worked out perfectly for the guys on the trip. I would recommend Arthur's Sun Tracker to anyone wanting a good pontoon boat!

If you're able to captain the vessel yourself, look no further! Arthur is easy to get along with and is invested in you having a good time. As well, price is more than fair, and trust me I did plenty of research before booking.
2 tips: 1. arrive 30 min prior to scheduled time. There is a few min of going over everything and that could cut into your time on the water. 2. Bring cash for fuel. *I was out for 6hrs, cruising for the majority and used less than $60 in fuel*

Boat was great and the owner was super helpful

We took the boat to Sandspur Island and it only took about 25 min. Arthur was easy to work with. The boat was in decent shape, but the gas gauge didn't work so I didn't know how much gas we used. Arthur said I didn't need to refill it, and he would take care of refueling - this was super helpful since I'm not familiar with the area. Overall, we had a great day and if I'm back in Aventura, I would definitely rent with Arthur again!
