We had a great time on Mike’s boat. It was very clean and easy to use. Sean gave us the lay of the sea before we took off for the day and he did a great time of explaining everything and was super nice. Would absolutely book again.

We had a wonderful time and he met me at my convenience when I brought the boat back. Everything went as well as I could’ve hoped and I would encourage you to rent from Mike!

We loved being out on the water on the Pontoon Boat. The highlight of the excursion was encountering a pod of dolphins. Absolutely thrilling! Mike almost couldn’t make it down to get the boat ready, but he was able to meet us at the boat after all instead of face-timing on the day to guide us to the right boat/slip. We were able to place the boat back in its slip and lifted when we were done. Thanks for the use of your boat, Mike. It was the perfect way to celebrate a birthday and anniversary.

Sean was super responsive and very knowledgeable about the bay. He gave us a great fishing spot and we caught alot! Boat was great. An awesome day for 2 families of 4. Thanks for hosting us Sean and Mike!

Boat was very nice and comfortable. We brought a tube and were able to tow the kids around and also found a great spot in the bay to anchor off and enjoy the water. When we rent again, we will be renting this boat.

Great boat for family outings. The process was very smooth and everything went smoothly from before pickup to drop off.

Owner dug into our rental time a bit during the morning-pickup as he needed to mess with/reset the gps system. After that everything went well without a hitch. Good pontoon boat to putt around west bay in and will comfortably seat 5-6. Owner is quick to respond online and on the phone.

We really enjoyed the 18’ pontoon boat provided by Captain Mike. He addressed all our questions up front before we made a reservation. I met with Sean at a marina for pickup and he walked me through the basics and made sure I was comfortable before releasing me into the bay. Sean’s guidance really helped me be confident navigating the bay with my family. The boat was clean, spacious, and provided a canopy from the sun. I look forward to renting from Captain Mike again!

There was a last minute issue with the original boat we rented and we were notified day before and ended up getting put in a newer boat (slightly smaller) but lower price.
Sean was awesome with directions and fishing spots and answered all questions. Would definitely rent from here again. Everyone had a great time!

Absolutely lovely. The boat was perfect for my family of 5 grown teenagers and very clean and comfortable. Sean met us at the dock and was there when we returned- very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend!

The boat was great and Sean was very informative. The only issue was the front came apart when we hit a wave.

Had the boat all day and had no problems with it. With the GPS system they had in the boat, I found some nice honey holes and pulled Redfish, trout, catfish and even 3 sharks. Sean handled setting me up in the boat and he couldn’t be nicer. I’ll get this boat again next summer

This experience was awesome. They had the boat waiting at the dock running and ready to go on time. They had extreme knowledge of the bay, and the boat. I would definitely recommend 100%... I will be returning for sure.

We had an absolutely great time on the boat today! My family and kids got a chance to fish and just spend some great quality time on the boat. The boat is pretty large for 10 people and allowed us to fish and spread out as well as stay under the canopy to get out of the sun. It was a huge hit with everyone and I would definitely come back and recommend to other family and friends. Thanks again Sean for setting all this up for us.

Met Sean at Waterman’s Marina. The boat was in the water and ready to go upon arrival. Sean gave a quick tour and went over controls, safety, and a few spots on a map. After that we were on our way! Upon returning, Sean was waiting at the exact dock to guide us in. Boat was in great condition and Sean provided a excellent experience.

The entire experience was great from initial reservations to questions for the owner. They did a great job of confirming and checking in with me within a couple of days of our arrival, making me very much at ease. The boat was great, clean and fresh. We had a beautiful day. The greatest challenge is that Galveston Bay is so shallow that you MUST stay in the channels when going inland. I would rent again with Boatsetters.
