“Dilip completed his solo circumnavigation under sail in 2010, on the INSV Mhadei, and has been instrumental in training the next 7 Indian circumnavigators. He continues to sail post retirement from the Indian Navy. Most recently, he sailed to Greenland and Iceland with Sir Robin Knox-Johnston; the first person ever to sail solo and non-stop around the world.”
