It was very disorganized with securing a captain, and making sure that we had a captain that could take the whole party size. The boat also had issues when coming back in, and we had to be towed in. The boat worked great for 90% of the trip. The boat was enjoyable, but it should have been cleaned better before our trip, and it had more wear than shown in the pictures.
