All around good service

We had a great day on the pontoon boat! We loved the boat and our trip through the Cape Coral Islands. We went to Sanibel Island Lighthouse. Everything went well and had a great experience!

The boat was ready and when we arrived to the pickup location. A little information and we were on our way.
We boated from Cape Coral to Sanibel Island and anchored off the beach for the day with sunny sky’s and 85 degrees, and plenty of time to get back to CC before our drop off time, it was an amazing day.

We had a great time!! The boat was perfect! George was great to work with! We will be booking again.

Boat was great and everything we needed to spend a day on the water. The only slightly disappointing thing was we got a different boat than the one we reserved but it still worked great for the group of 11. George and his son were very helpful.

Highly recommend. George met us with the boat, ready to go at Rosen Park, which is literally 4 minutes off the main channel to the Gulf.

The boat was clean and in great shape. While the stereo was on the fritz, George provided a smart speaker so we were able to play music.

From there we made stops at Sanibel and Fort Myers Beach. If you have ever been to these places , you understand what a headache traffic is. Much easier by boat.

DO NOT RENT THIS BOAT! It is old and poorly maintained. Max speed is 16 miles/hour. It took us 3 hrs to Captiva. We only enjoyed the beach for 1 hour as we got 3 hours to go back to Rosen Park. We broke and got towed for 2 hrs. Still Gyorgy charged more money for gas for this boat than for the other boat which was running for 8 hours. They conveniently split the gas receipt in two. No transparency. Gyorgy doesn’t answer the phone. Gas meter is broken. Boat doesnt read how deep water is. SHAM !

George and Martin were great! The pontoon was exactly what I expected. I saw other reviews and the renters covering the cost of fuel should be expected. I did follow Martin and George to the gas station of which was about $75-$80 to fill and should not be a surprise. I have several friends and family that plan to rent from George along with myself again in the future. Thank you for allowing others to enjoy your pontoon!

DON’T RENT THIS BOAT.
The boat is old and kept in bad shape.
We broke and were towed for 2 hours, nevertheless we were charged $150 for gas which is $30 more than the gas we paid for the 2nd boat that was running for almost 8 hours. The gas receipt is split in two. Very convenient so they can fill out their truck. Boat max speed is 16 miles/hr. It was 3 hrs to get to Captiva, 1.5 hr at the beach and back.
The Gas meter is broken. The boat has no feature to know how deep the water is. SHAM!

George was great. We did not have the hurricane however, we were given the Sun Tracker which worked out just fine. Boat was on time, good communication. Bring a speaker.

The boat was amazing it ran great and was clean. The only negative was the fish finder did not show the water depth contour lines which would have made navigating way easier and this would have been a 5 star.

Great boat. Delivered to our vrbo. Great gas milage if you don't have to floor it all the time. 18-20 mph hour is a sweet spot. 28 is about the max.

Our girls trip had a great time on the pontoon! We went down and around Sanibel and Captiva, stopped and anchored a couple
of times to enjoy the water. Make sure you check the tide charts going out. Next time I really want to head up to Boca!

Great time very professional

The above boat I rented wasn’t available due to a mechanical issue and I was notified at 9:00pm the night before. I agreed to a different boat due to the short notice.

The boat I received was 2’ smaller and had issues with the throttle shifting from forward to reverse. The USB port and AUX power outlet didn’t work so I had no way to charge my phone. Other that that the boat worked fine

Mr. Gyorgy is a super nice guy who delivered everything that was required. He had the boat in the water and ready to go at the prescribed time. The boat was in good working order and overall in great condition. Everything worked like it was supposed to. A previous review stating the boat is slow is kind of true, but remember, this is a pontoon with a 150hp engine.......it is not going to go much over 20 mph with that boat and the type of water you are navigating. Overall great experience.

Great communication. We cut our trip an hour short. Messaged George and he was at ramp within minutes of us getting there. Told him exiting miserable mile, timed it perfectly. Boat was nice, fuel gauge broke the other day but he assured me more than enough gas for more than 6 hours. He was right. Would recommend renting!

First George cancelled another boat that I had rented and reserved in February seven days before the trip. No communication. No other options given. Rented another boat. Same guy. Showed up with wrong smaller boat. Gave $100 off or what, not have a boat? I had no other options. Filled the boat with gas hours before he picked it up and then he is trying to charge me for 12 gallons of gas.

George is a hack. Unreliable and unscrupulous. I hope boat setter kicks him off the platform.

The entire experience was Fantastic. Booking was simple. The boat was exactly as described. The team that delivered and picked up the boat were awesome. Everything was as expected. This is the second year we rented a pontoon boat and both years were great would recommend to anyone

Transducer was not working, which George let us know the night before our rental. The pickup/drop off was also changed which turned out to be a nightmare trying to get the pontoon returned at 5pm. It was extremely busy at Rumrunners and the people were very rude. The pontoon was not the Fishing Barge that we had booked (pictured) and the 22 gallon ($87+) fuel charge is absurd, the gauge was reading barely under full. George was not at the dock either time and we will be booking with him again.

Gerorge and Martin were on time, the boat was exactly as described and pictured. Martin went through everything we needed to know, gave us tips on where to go, and taught us everything needed about the boat. If there was ever a problem, he answered on the first call, and guided us through everything to resolve it. This is 100% a real review, my family and I will 100% rent from them again next time we visit my mom from Boston. I made sure to save their number. We saw over a dozen dolphins.
