Awesome day in the water. Boat was in excellent condition and William was very helpful. 100% recommended

The rental process was easy and William was great to work with. He was very responsive and accommodating.
The boat was as described, and in very good condition. Ran great and a good size for 7 adults. William and his team helped map a great and relaxing day on the water.

William the owner was very nice and responded quickly. Had a great time out in the ocean.

Overpriced, and expect US$100.00 extra charge in CC for washing a 22ft boat.

No words to describe my experience working with William and Boatbound. I’d suggest taking your business elsewhere. I called Boatbound to cancel my trip because after three days of booking, William still hadn’t responded to my emails. But, an individual at boatbound told me NOT to cancel and to just wait and they would take care of it. On the day before the booking, William messaged me stating the earliest he could do was 9:15, my request was to start at 7. So, I took that as he couldn’t do it. So, once I saw his message stating he couldn't do it, I figured boatbound would cancel the trip for me as that is what the rep and I agreed upon. Unfortunately, that didn’t happen and I was charged full price for the rental! This was very frustrating and cost me $462 for nothing.

I reached out to boatbound to explain the situation and they told me to take ask William for a refund. Well, its been 8 days since I asked William for a refund and to no surprise, I haven’t heard anything. Boatbound didn’t even return their service fee!!!

This will be my last time using boatbound. Renting a boat with a last second confirmation or cancellation is not worth you losing your money.

We had a wonderful day out in Biscayne Bay on William's Pro Line. Great size for 4-6 people spending time at the sandbar. Sound system was great and he put in new cushions and cooler. Initially, it took a bit of time for William to respond, but communication after that was great.
Also, we had asked for a departure time of 11am but the boat was not in the water and ready to go until 11:45.

Owner is very friendly and punctual. Very nice boat

William was really easy to work with! Was on time and had the boat in the water very quickly. Beautiful boat and rides like a dream! Highly recommend and I will definitely be renting again soon!

Excellent day on the water! Boat was in good shape, perfect for seeing the sights in Miami. William communicated everything we needed to know, and had the boat in the water on time and as promised.

Great boat, great experience! Boat was in excellent shape, William was very helpful explaining everything. Sound system was fantastic if you're planning on hanging out by the sandbars. Boat also handled great in the water saw some nice sites all around, Will definitely be renting again from William!!! 5 stars.
