2 incidents left a really sour taste. First, docked 30 ft from an island, captain said that water was shallow enough for people to walk up to it. So, non-swimmers jumped into water & realized that depth was 14ft which meant couple of people needing jet-ski rescue & the captain losing his cool & screaming curse words at us for following the jet-ski help's orders. Next, the captain kept calling us to accuse us of taking his phone with us, only to realize he had put it in the trash, by mistake.

Emilio the captain was great and we all had a lot of fun.

The captain was fun, played us music , he even dance with us.. he is a great guy and we will rent him again anytime we come back … I recommend him💯

Nathan our captain was really sweet and accommodating. We ran late and he let us shift our reservation an hour. We had a great time.

Worst experience ever, me and my crew rented this boat to have a celebration on fourth of july. It took us almost a hour to make it to sandbar. We left sandbar at 6:50 although our booking time didnt end till 8pm. The captain made us leave off of the yacht by 7:45 and everything is broken on the boat. The ac doesn’t work, the fridge does not work, the microwave is broken as well. Ants covered our utensils that we left out. We were unable to ride on the front of the charter bc he couldnt see.

It was a great experience, well worth the money. Our tour started a bit late as the boat arrived a bit late but we got our full 4 hours.
The captain was great and allowed us to just relax and enjoy the ride playing our music.
The boat is really perfect for 10 people. I would rent the boat from this owner every time I am in Miami.

My husband and I decided very last minute to book a charter (the morning of the same day we wanted to go out). The communication and friendliness was outstanding right from the start! We were staying in South Beach and just took a quick Uber to get to where we were picked up, and our entire trip was fantastic! Just the right amount of friendly chatter with times of pure relaxation and basking up the sun and suites. Will definitely be back!

Location was confusing as the address that was given is a locked gate at an unmarked building, with no view of the boat. Lost part of our charter time walking around trying to figure it out and txting them to get in.

Then at the conclusion of our ride, they docked 10 minutes early. So our 2 hour charter was more like 1 hour 40 min.

Everything was perfect. Boat fit all of is and we still had room. I would definitely recommend.

Our pick up location was changed 2 days prior to our trip due to the bridge schedule. We were in walking distance when we first booked, and then we had to take a 15 minute uber to the location. We scheduled lunch at Baia Beach Club, however, the captain dropped us off on the wrong side making our experience at the club for lunch not the best! Ask for MORE ice ahead of time. It's not enough! Boat was okay, nothing too special about it.

Francisco was a great captain, he was accommodating, kind, and fun. We had a great time with family and friends everyone was very content. Definitely recommend for people in the area to get a ride for a phenomenal experience!

This was such an amazing experience! Nicolas was fantastic. He was accommodating and very friendly. Beforehand he went to the store and got us food and drinks. It was perfect. The boat was beautiful and clean. I would recommend and will be hoping to rent this boat, or similar again soon.

We were a group of 8 who had a wonderful time on the water with Captain Nicolas. He asked us where we preferred to go, showed us the Bluetooth to connect for music, helped stock all our food and drinks (we had a TON of stuff!) without any issues. The communication with Federico (the owner) was very easy and all information was direct. I would highly recommend this boat and Captain Nicolas - as would our entire group!

This was my first time using Boatsetter, and we had such a great experience! Federico was great through the entire process!! Always super quick to reply and easy to communicate with. He was patient and answered all of my questions. The day-of, our captain communicated his arrival time and pick up was a breeze. This boat was the perfect size for our group of 7. Overall beautiful and a great deal! And our captain, Nikolas, and first mate, Charlie, were the best! We had a really great time!

I booked the Sundancer boat for my best friend's bachelorette trip and we had the absolute best time! The boat was clean and the perfect size for our group of 12 with plenty of room to lounge at the front of the boat and in the seating at the back. Emilio was our captain for the day and was so great - he took us through the city, around the stunning homes, and then stopped to anchor with gorgeous views! We will definitely be rebooking the next time we're in Miami!
